Product Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return a purchased product, the costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer.
💰 Refunds:
• For card or bank transfer payments – the amount will be refunded to the bank account used for the payment.
• For cash on delivery payments – please send the product along with the receipt and provide your full name and IBAN to which we will transfer the amount.

⏳ Refund period:
The amount will be refunded within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. The item must be in preserved commercial condition – without signs of use and with intact packaging.
For hygiene reasons and according to the applicable consumer protection laws in the European Union, we do not accept returns of perfumes and cosmetic products with broken packaging seals, removed protective foil, or signs of use, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or product nonconformity.
According to the rules for distance selling, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons related to hygiene or health protection. This measure ensures the safety, quality, and commercial appearance of the offered products.
