GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE STORE ZINORA.BG

I. SUBJECT

Art. 1. These general terms and conditions are intended to regulate the relations between
GIFTO LTD, with UIC BG205673935, with registered office and management address: Blagoevgrad, Doiran St. 14B, hereinafter referred to as SUPPLIER,
and customers of the online store zinora.bg, hereinafter referred to as USERS.

III. PLATFORM CHARACTERISTICS

Art. 3. The online store zinora.bg is an e-commerce platform through which USERS can browse and purchase the physical goods offered by the SUPPLIER.

Art. 4. THE SUPPLIER organizes the delivery of the goods and guarantees the rights of USERS in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and good commercial practice.

IV. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

Art. 5.
(1) The purchase-sale contract between the SUPPLIER and THE USER is considered concluded from the moment of order confirmation by email from the SUPPLIER.
(2) By filling in their data and pressing the "Order" button, THE USER declares that they have read and accept these general terms and conditions.
(3) The prices of goods on the site are final and include all due taxes. Delivery costs are indicated separately before order confirmation.

V. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF USERS

Art. 6. THE USER has the right:

  1. To order offered goods;

  2. To receive information about the status of the order;

  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days;

  4. To request a complaint in case of non-conformity of the goods.

Art. 7. THE USER undertakes:

  1. To provide accurate and up-to-date information;

  2. To pay the price of the ordered goods;

  3. To ensure acceptance of the delivery at the specified address.

VI. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Art. 8. All prices of goods published on zinora.bg are in Bulgarian lev (BGN) / euro (EUR) and include VAT.

Art. 9. Payment can be made in one of the following ways:

  • Cash on delivery (upon receipt);

  • Bank transfer;

  • Card payment (if enabled on the platform).

VII. DELIVERY

Art. 10.
(1) The SUPPLIER sends the goods by courier to the address specified by the USER.
(2) The usual delivery time is from 1 to 7 working days, unless otherwise agreed.
(3) In case of delay or lack of availability, the SUPPLIER notifies the USER promptly.
(4) Delivery costs are indicated before finalizing the order.

VIII. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Art. 11.
(1) The USER has the right, without owing compensation or penalty, to withdraw from the order within 14 days from receiving the goods.
(2) To exercise this right, the USER must notify the SUPPLIER by email at info@zinora.bg or via withdrawal form.
(3) Returned goods must be in original packaging and in an undamaged commercial condition.
(4) The costs of returning the goods are borne by the USER.
(5) The SUPPLIER refunds the paid amount within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

IX. COMPLAINTS

Art. 12.
(1) In case the received goods do not match the ordered ones, the USER has the right to file a complaint according to Articles 112–115 of the Consumer Protection Act.
(2) Complaints are submitted to info@zinora.bg or by phone +359 884 553 537.
(3) THE SUPPLIER undertakes to review complaints within 30 days.

X. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Art. 13.
(1) THE SUPPLIER collects and processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act.
(2) The data is used solely for order fulfillment, delivery, accounting, and communication with customers.
(3) THE USER has the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission.
(4) THE SUPPLIER does not provide personal data to third parties except when necessary for delivery or required by law.
(5) By using the zinora.bg website, THE USER agrees to the processing of their personal data according to these terms.

XI. LIABILITY

Art. 14.
(1) THE SUPPLIER is not liable for failure to perform due to force majeure, technical problems, or actions of third parties.
(2) THE USER is responsible for providing accurate data and for their actions on the platform.
(3) THE SUPPLIER does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website but strives to ensure maximum technical reliability.

XII. AMENDMENT OF THE GENERAL TERMS

Art. 15.
(1) THE SUPPLIER has the right to amend these general terms. The changes take effect from their publication on the zinora.bg website.
(2) For registered users, the changes are mandatory unless they express written disagreement within 14 days of notification.

XIII. TERMINATION

Art. 16. These general terms may be terminated:

  1. By mutual agreement of the parties;

  2. In case of objective impossibility to perform;

  3. In case of violation by the USER of these terms.

XIV. APPLICABLE LAW

Art. 17. For unresolved issues, the provisions of Bulgarian legislation shall apply, including the Obligations and Contracts Act, the Electronic Commerce Act, and the Consumer Protection Act.

Art. 18. All disputes between the parties shall be resolved by mutual agreement, and if impossible — by the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria.
