Product Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return a purchased product, the costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer.
💰 Refunds:
• For card or bank transfer payments – the amount will be refunded to the bank account used for the payment.
• For cash on delivery payments – please send the product along with the receipt and provide your full name and IBAN to which we will transfer the amount.

⏳ Refund period:
The amount will be refunded within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. The item must be in preserved commercial condition – without signs of use and with intact packaging.
